The Intentional Leader is a 5-week practical, reflective, and collaborative leadership development experience designed to help leaders grow with confidence and empower their teams to make an impact.
Through a combination of self-paced learning, self-reflection, peer collaboration, and real-world application, participants develop the skills, insights, and strategies they need to lead effectively.

A self-development guide to record insights, complete self-assessments, develop action plans, and schedule follow-ups to track progress.

Flexible delivery to suit your needs
The Intentional Leader can be delivered in two ways:
Organisations
For organisations, we partner with you to roll out the program end-to-end - supporting promotion, managing enrolments, facilitating workshops, and providing clear reporting on engagement and impact.
Individual Leaders
We run regular intakes for individual leaders throughout the year.
These open cohorts bring together leaders from different organisations to learn alongside peers, share perspectives, and grow their leadership capability in a supportive, facilitated environment.
